Everything you need to get your business online, and keep it there

Eight services covering the full life of a website, from the first wireframe through to the security patch applied three years after launch. Most clients start with one and add others as they grow.

Why businesses pick us over a cheap freelancer or a big agency

The freelancer disappears. The agency charges you for account managers. We sit in the middle, which is where most US small and mid-sized businesses actually need someone to be.

We work your hours

Questions get answered during your business day, not twelve hours later. If you are in California, that means a reply before lunch rather than the next morning.

One price, agreed upfront

You get a fixed quote before work starts. The number we agree is the number you pay, and if the scope genuinely changes we tell you what it costs before doing it.

You own everything

The code, the domain, the hosting account, the content. No proprietary platform you can only leave by rebuilding from scratch, and no hostage situation if you hire someone else.

We stay after launch

Every build includes 30 days of support, because the questions that matter usually surface in week three. After that, maintenance plans are optional and not a condition of anything.

Built to be found

Technical SEO is part of the build, not an upsell afterwards. Semantic markup, structured data, fast load times, and clean URLs come as standard on every site we ship.

NDA on request

If your project is confidential, we sign before you send anything. Common for contractors, healthcare, and anyone building something they have not announced yet.

How a project actually runs

Five steps from first call to launch. You know the price before we start and you can see the work in progress at any point.

1Day 1

Discovery call

A 20-minute conversation about what your business does, who buys from you, and what the site needs to achieve. No charge, and no obligation to continue.

2Within 48 hours

Written proposal

You receive a fixed price, a scope of exactly what is included, and a delivery date. If something is outside the quote, it says so plainly rather than surfacing later as a surprise.

3Week 1–2

Design

Wireframes first, so the structure gets argued about before anyone is attached to a color. Then full designs you approve before a line of code is written.

4Week 2–4

Build

We build on a staging URL you can visit any time to watch it come together. You review as we go rather than seeing the whole thing at the end.

5Launch day onward

Launch and support

We handle the domain, hosting, SSL, analytics, and Search Console setup. Then 30 days of support included while you settle in.

The kind of work we take on

Six project types we build regularly, and what each one actually involves. If yours looks like one of these, we have solved the hard parts before.

Multi-location medical practice website concept

Business sites

Multi-location medical practice

A practice site built around one job: getting a new patient to book. Separate location pages so each clinic ranks in its own city, with insurance details answered before anyone has to call and ask.

  • Per-location landing pages
  • Online appointment requests
  • Insurance and billing FAQ
  • Local SEO and schema
Direct-to-consumer food brand website concept

E-commerce

Direct-to-consumer food brand

A store for a perishable product, which makes shipping the hard part. Cold-chain rates, regional cutoff days, and a checkout that shows the real delivery cost before the final step rather than after it.

  • Custom storefront
  • Cold-chain shipping rules
  • Subscription orders
  • Abandoned cart recovery
Contractor lead generation site website concept

Business sites

Contractor lead generation site

Built for a trade business where nearly every visitor arrives on a phone, often standing in the problem they need solved. Click-to-call above the fold, service-area pages, and a quote form short enough to finish.

  • Service-area page structure
  • Mobile-first quote capture
  • Before and after galleries
  • Google Business Profile setup
Booking platform for a service business website concept

Web apps

Booking platform for a service business

A scheduling application replacing a shared spreadsheet and a phone. Staff calendars, customer self-service rescheduling, deposits taken at booking, and automated reminders that cut no-shows.

  • Staff and resource scheduling
  • Customer self-service portal
  • Deposit payments
  • Automated SMS and email reminders
B2B manufacturer and supplier site website concept

Business sites

B2B manufacturer and supplier site

A capability-led site for a manufacturer whose buyers search by process, not by brand. Technical spec pages targeting those searches, downloadable certifications, and an RFQ form that captures enough detail to quote from.

  • Capability and process pages
  • Certification downloads
  • Technical RFQ routing
  • Long-tail technical SEO
Subscription SaaS dashboard website concept

Web apps

Subscription SaaS dashboard

A multi-tenant product with the parts that are tedious to build and expensive to get wrong: authentication, role-based permissions, recurring billing, and usage reporting that customers actually understand.

  • Multi-tenant architecture
  • Role-based access control
  • Recurring billing integration
  • Usage analytics dashboard

These describe project types rather than named clients. Ask us on a call and we will walk you through live examples relevant to your industry.

What we commit to, in writing

Hiring a developer you found online takes a certain amount of faith. These four commitments are how we try to earn it before you have paid us anything.

Talk to us, free

The quote is the price

We put the scope and the number in writing before anything starts. If you later ask for something outside it, we tell you the cost first and you decide.

A date, not a vague estimate

Your proposal includes a delivery date. If we are going to miss it, you hear that from us early rather than discovering it on the day.

Revisions until the design is right

Design revisions are included through the build on Business and Custom projects. We would rather get it right than deliver something you quietly dislike.

No lock-in, ever

Code, domain, and hosting are in your name and under your control. Leaving us should cost you nothing but a conversation, and that keeps us honest.

Questions we get asked

The things people want to know before they get in touch. If yours is not here, ask us directly and we will answer honestly.

Still have a question?

Ask us on a free 20-minute call. No pitch, no obligation.

  • A professional business website typically costs between $1,200 and $5,000, depending on the number of pages and the functionality required. A simple five-page site for a local business starts around $1,200, a larger site with location pages and advanced SEO runs around $3,500, and e-commerce stores or web applications are scoped individually. We give you a fixed quote before any work starts, so the price does not move.

  • Most business websites take two to four weeks from approval to launch. E-commerce stores usually take four to seven weeks, and custom web applications run six to twelve weeks depending on complexity. The timeline depends heavily on how quickly content and feedback come back from your side, and we give you a delivery date in the proposal rather than a vague range.

  • Yes — we work with businesses in all 50 US states. We keep hours that overlap the US business day, so clients on the East Coast, in Central time, and on the West Coast all get replies within their working day rather than overnight. Each state has its own page on this site describing how we work with businesses there.

  • Yes, completely. You own the source code, the domain, the hosting account, and all content. Everything is registered in your name from the start, not ours. If you decide to work with a different developer later, you take the entire project with you and nothing needs rebuilding.

  • Yes — technical SEO is built into every site as standard, not sold as an add-on. That includes semantic HTML structure, unique title tags and meta descriptions, schema markup, fast load times, mobile optimization, XML sitemaps, and Google Search Console setup. Ranking for competitive terms also needs ongoing content work, which we offer separately, but the foundation is always included.

  • Usually just a conversation about your business and what the site needs to do. From there we ask for your logo and brand colors if you have them, any existing content, and access to your domain if one is already registered. If you do not have content written, we can help with that. Nothing is required before the free consultation.

  • Yes, and redesigns are a large share of our work. We audit the current site first to see what is already ranking, because the most common way a redesign fails is by discarding pages and URLs that were bringing in traffic. Everything valuable gets mapped across with proper 301 redirects so your search rankings carry over instead of resetting.

  • Yes. Standard terms are 50% to begin and 50% on completion, before launch. For larger projects we can split payment across milestones tied to delivery stages. We will agree the schedule in writing with the proposal so there are no surprises on either side.

  • Every build includes 30 days of support after launch, covering bug fixes, small adjustments, and questions as you settle in. After that, ongoing maintenance plans start at $99 per month and cover security updates, backups, uptime monitoring, and a monthly allowance of content changes. Maintenance is entirely optional, and declining it does not affect your ownership of anything.

  • Website builders are a reasonable choice if you need something basic and are comfortable building it yourself. The trade-offs are that you cannot move the site off the platform, performance and SEO capability are limited by the builder, and customization stops where the template stops. A custom build costs more upfront but you own it outright, it loads considerably faster, and it can do things a template cannot. If a builder genuinely fits your situation better, we will tell you that on the call.
